Manual method with the use of specific boxes and careful selection of the grapes.
After the harvest we cool down the grapes (0,5°C) and we softly press them in order to let them develop the fruity aroma. The must is later processed during the secondary fermentation.

Yellow colour with green shades. The aroma is intense, aromatic and recalls orange and lemon. The perlage is delicate and velvety, the taste is sweet, harmonious and persistent.
