Technical tasting in the Paltrinieri Winery

A day of in-depth discussion between technicians, oenologists and distribution operators, dedicated to exploring the current panorama of bottle-fermented Lambrusco di Sorbara and classic method sparkling wines.

Two tasting batteries - 11 re-fermented and 13 classic method - were the focus of a careful evaluation of the different types, territorial coherence, competitiveness, positioning and market presence.

A work of analysis and tasting shared with the winery team, oenologists Attilio Pagli and Leonardo Conti, and our sales department. A precious moment to chart new courses, strengthen the vision and consolidate the identity of the new generation of quality Lambrusco. Gianpaolo Girardi was also among those present.
