Vinification

Every year the best batch of Freisa from the Cornareto hill is vinified separately. The vivacity of this product is linked to the traditional processing which, before bottling, adds a little sweet wine to the autoclave, thus creating a small alcoholic refermentation which enriches the wine with its typical bubbles.

Ageing And Refinement

Bottled in May as wine has completed its natural aging cycle.

A wine of intense colour and moderate vivacity, dense in its aromas of berries, among which the characteristic note of raspberry prevails. In the mouth, it is dry, with a pleasant acidulous nuance and a faint bitterish aftertaste, resulting in a product with a strong character but at the same time easy to drink.
