Italian law does not allow the indication of the grape present in this label which, by choice of Walter Massa, does not fall within the wine classification (DOC, ICG, DOCG etc). This wine is however obtained a single variety always present in the Colli Tortonesi.

It has a wonderfully bright light yellow colour. The nose shows all kinds of lemons, ripe apples, mirabelles and green apples. The stainless steel ageing process adds mint and lemon balm.
