Gianpaolo Girardi visiting Scala Fenicia
Gianpaolo Girardi recently visited the Scala Fenicia winery. A winery that dates back to the early 19th century and that has firmly maintained its tradition, Scala Fenicia is an unchanging corner of the Caprese landscape, made up not only of historical places but also of people, such as Luigi Esposito, a legendary over-eighty year old who for his entire life has taken care of that land and those plants from which Capri Bianco Doc is now made.
