Destemming, crushing, maceration with the skins for 10-12 days at a maximum temperature of 28-30°C, complete malolactic fermentation before winter.
Matured in oak barrels for about a year.
Garnet red colour, complex nose with aromas of plum, spices, red berries, dried rose and violet. On the palate it is frank, savoury, with important tannins well integrated in the structure of the wine. Good length and persistence with fruit and spice finish.
It encapsulates all the characteristics of finesse, elegance, structure and drinkability of a great Nebbiolo.
