Matured on the lees for 36 months and bottle-aged for 9 months.

Straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage. Pronounced notes of ripe fruit and bread crust emerge on the nose. The palate is fresh, savoury and pleasantly persistent.
From the oldest Chardonnay vineyard on the estate comes the Metodo Classico Pas Dosé, dedicated to Renato Di Lorenzo, the estate's patron.
