GROWN ONLY IN TRENTINO AND … SURPRISING IN ITS VARIOUS FORMS
We named it Eclettica Nosiola because it is a white grape variety found only in Trentino, with unique characteristics.
The result is a perfect pairing with all its variations, from the classic version to the sparkling version, ranging from brief drying and maceration to the “Passito dei Passiti” version.
Grown and vinified in almost all the same areas as in the past.
It lends itself remarkably well to a variety of winemaking techniques.
