CULTIVATED ONLY IN TRENTINO AND… SURPRISING IN ITS VARIOUS EXPRESSIONS
We have called it Eclectic Nosiola because it is a white grape variety present only in Trentino, with unique characteristics.
The result is a perfect match with all its expressions, from the classic to the sparkling version, from the short drying and maceration to the Passito dei Passiti version.
Cultivated and vinified in almost all the same areas of the past.
It lends itself in an amazing way to various possibilities of vinification.
