UNEXPECTED AND EXTRAORDINARY ITALIAN BUBBLES
A project that promotes and enhances sparkling wines produced with traditional Italian grapes; its cultivation is documented over time. The expected sparkling wine making methods are: Classic, Martinotti and Familiar.
All the ancient Italian grape varieties, white and red grape berried, are full of acidity, and this permits to obtain extraordinary bubbles even in hotter areas or not particularly elevated ones.
The Sparkling wines made with Italian grapes are the perfect image of variety, multiplicity, peculiarity and originality of Italian viticulture.
